"Labi" is necessary for making glutinous rice, on the one hand, it is high in fat content and cold resistance; On the other hand, the glutinous rice itself is sticky, the rice smell is heavy, and it needs some oils and fats to eat it.  


Eat vegetables and rice

To minor cold, the old Nanjing will generally cook rice. The content of vegetable rice is not the same, useful dwarf foot yellow, green vegetables and bacon slices, sausage slices or duck cubes, and then chop some ginger grains and glutinous rice together to cook, very fragrant and delicious.
